The work him and his team do is impeccable beyond means. It is a remarkable company and very affordable. The final product never ceases to amaze me. I had a great experience with Jimmy and his crew! He was quick to respond and came out ASAP for a quote. They came out for brick and concrete removal in my backyard, as well as adding onto my existing patio. They were timely, respectful, and professional! Jimmy made sure we went over everything a couple times throughout the process to make sure we were getting what we wanted, and to explain the process fully. They went over and above with clean up in my opinion and doing a quick leveling of the area. If anyone is in need of a mason…James is your man! He saved me on a project issue with another contractor, getting post screwed thru new granite & cement porch. He came after his long work day to my house in the dark finished and carpenter could finish work next day. He also did a great job with a repair I needed after my basement bulkhead was installed, waterproofing the area, all in a timely manner and cleaned up when finished. James is very professional, hard-working, honest, & respectful! That is 💯 on my list since I’ve been thru many bad & only a few good experiences with contractors. JTC Restoration is hands down my favorite. Working with James himself on commercial projects was very easy. I have had some emergency calls to him and he has even come out same day to fix so that our customers do not get hurt. I have also used James for residential work rwplacing a bulkhead and stone foundation wall. He has been out to repair cement stairs for me and repaint some brick work. Reached out to James T. Coughlin Restoration for help in flattening a residential basement floor. James let me know this was not really in his wheel house up front (it is now). He was still willing to help and get a team in as fast as possible. I needed the floor flat to install dricore subfloor topped with vinyl planks.The floor looked like an ocean with so many high and low spots. The Job was completed a week later exceeding expectations. I contacted James about a project I was interested in doing at my house. He was able to take a look at what I wanted and gave me a quote that day and when he could start. He was very professional, honest and punctual. I was out of town when he did the job but was great at communicating updates and sending pictures (which didn't do the job full justice). Once he was finished he made sure to answer all my questions and also gave recommendations on how to keep it looking new for years.
